WHY WOULD YOU NEED US?

If you are a policyholder making a claim, your commercial interests are quite different to those of the insurance company being asked to pay the claim. They take the sensible precaution of retaining specialists to protect their interests and mitigate their losses. The specialists they engage are primarily Loss Adjusters, whose brief is to investigate the event giving rise to the claim, your compliance with the terms of the policy, the adequacy of your insurance cover; and to scrutinise and ‘adjust’ your claim if accepted. The Financial Services Authority have now formally recognised the legitimacy of the valuable service loss assessors provide, by bringing them within the established financial community.
