HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE?

Fees for pursuing a claim under a client’s own policy of insurance are generally charged on a contingency fee basis, that is to say a percentage of the amounts achieved in settlement of the claim. Whilst there are frequently claims which may superficially appear similar, no two claims or sets of circumstances are identical, and our fee quotation will take account of the size, complexity and age of the claim, the scope of policy cover available, and the anticipated time and resources required to bring matters to a conclusion. Our initial consultation is always free at the telephone, and if we agree to attend any location within the Greater London Area. Initial consultations are without obligation to instruct us further.

In addition to the quoted fee, we may charge for sundry disbursements, and all fees and charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing standard rate.
